About 90 percent of our furnished apartments have semi-double sized beds. We have comfortable, finest quality beds in some rooms. In addition, you can enjoy speedy internet connection. Internet access is free of charge. We also lease personal computers for 315 yen per day. You can use the computer in rooms where an internet line is already connected. Since we only have a limited number of computers, they will be leased on a first come, first serve basis.

Foreign visitors who would like to rent apartments are required to either provide a Japanese guarantor to co-sign for the apartment or pay a guarantee fee of 50,000 yen. The money will be refunded if no damage is made to the apartment.

However, if you make a credit card payment, both a guarantor and guarantee money will not be needed. You will be required to pay by credit if you don't pay your rent or if you cause any heavy damages to the apartment and furniture.

About 90 percent of the visitors who come from the overseas make credit card payments. We recommend payment made by credit card since it makes moving in a simple process. We only accept VISA, MASTER, DC, JCB, and AMEX cards. We only accept one lump sum credit card payment.

You can also make payment by bank transfer. ATM usage fee must be paid in advance. After tenant screening and examination, you must pay 50,000 yen application fee or the total amount.

After we confirm that we received your payment, we will secure your apartment room. We will also provide room information and guidance to you after the payment.
