I really enjoyed living in the apartment at Grand Mere #701. It was the perfect size for me. When I had my friend visiting it did not feel too small. Since the bathroom is separate and there is a balcony， the apartment gives enough space for two individuals to live comfortably. I think it is also a great plus that there is a gym and cafe right under the apartment - I would grab coffee there all the time. The people are also all very friendly in the building. In regards to all the equipment， the apartment offered a laundry and drying machine on the first floor. It was 300 yen for a wash and 100 for drying. The apartment itself offered a stove top， microwave， big fridge， vacuum， TV screen and AC. I was very pleased with all the plates， glasses， pans， soap， towels， and other items that made it feel just like home. I never felt like I didn’t have something I needed. The balcony is a real plus because you get a view of Mori tower and the noon through afternoon sun comes right into the apartment. I would definitely come live here again if I ever return to Tokyo.
