Corporate contract

In the event of a corporate contract, the company will be the guarantor and no other guarantor is necessary.
Please advise us of a corporate contract upon application.

In addition, the following documents are required,

• Our company's application package
• A copy of the corporate registration
• A copy of the renter's identification
  (driver's license, alien registration card, or passport, etc.)

The procedure for a corporate contract is the same as that for an individual. Payment must be made in full prior to moving in (in the event of a long-term stay, payment is made each month). Please be aware that the reservation will be made upon confirmation of payment.

In addition, when a corporate contract is renewed and there is no change in address, etc., you do not need to fill out another application. If you contact us for a desired property and time period, we will send you the application form, estimate and invoice etc. right away. A contact can be arranged quickly.
