Early Bird Campaign allows you to apply for apartment units for more than two months in advance. We will guarantee an apartment unit for you once your reservation is confirmed.

• Rent 20% off (ex.6,300 yen/day 5,040yen/day)
*The discounts of the Early Bird Campaign only apply to the first month of rent
*The discounts are no longer valid after the first month of rent.

Conditions for the Early Bird Campaign

1. This campaign is for a contract more than two months in advance.
2. We will inform the placement of apartment unit after we confirmed the availability of the targeted apartment unit below. It is possible to contact us in regards of your preference for apartment units. However, we cannot make any guarantee to reserve the apartment unit of your choice.
3. The period of this campaign is valid for the first month when the customer moved in. Rent will be the original price after one month.
4. The term period on the contract form is not extendable or cancelable. However, you may request to extend your contract only if the next reservation hasn't been decided.
5. Cancellation fee is 50,000 yen. However, there’s no penalty fee for canceling your reservation two months prior to the moving day.
6. The targeted apartment units are range from 18m²~24m²wide. The apartment units on the Early Bird Campaign are limited for two adult tenants only under the same contract.
   * An infant or a child in kindergarten is not counted as a tenant .
   * Short stays with more than 2 tenants is negotiable.

Procedures of the Early Bird Campaign

1. Select your first choice of an apartment unit.
   
2. Apply for Early Bird Campaign
   
3. Sign the contract form and submit the required documents.
   
4. Pay application fee (50,000 yen or full price)
   
5. Confirm the apartment unit
   
6. Pay the rest of the fees
   
7. Orientation of the apartment unit
   
8. Move in
