Separate house-renter's liability insurance is required to cover any damage to personal property resulting from fire, leaks, and theft, etc.

Monthly Apartment Tokyo Compensation Plan is a package compensation plan for insurance and maintenance against accidents and other concerns unique to the renters who live at Monthly Apartment Tokyo. This is an original total compensation system that protects renter's own personal household items in the event of fire or theft during short-term stays in weekly or monthly condominiums. This package even protects renters in times of emergency caused by the renter's own negligence.

The Monthly Apartment Tokyo Compensation Plan

Fire and theft insurance

Renters bringing their own household items 2,000,000 yen
Compensation for repair costs 1,000,000 yen
General liability insurance (house-renter's liability and personal liability) 20,000,000 yen

Indemnity of 30,000 yen for unforeseen and unexpected accidents only
Precious metals, calligraphy and paintings, and antiques, etc., valued over 300,000 yen per item are not covered.
Compensation available for monthly renters. Renter's whose names are not listed on the contract are not covered.
Compensation is only for the contract period.

Easy enrollment

Enrollment is complete upon completion of an application upon moving in.

Enrollment fee

The fee is a flat 1,000 yen/month (non refundable) per room. However, if the rental period is over 2 months, payment for 2 months will be required upon moving in.
