Campaign Details
- Reserve your stay at least 1 month in advance.
- We will select 1 apartment according to your needs and preferences.
- You will confirm the proposed property, 10% discount will be applied if we reach an agreement.
- The contract term is usually not extendable. However, you may request to extend your contract if there are no new reservations on the property.
- The apartments we suggest depend on your move in date and current availability.
- This campaign is not to be combined with any other offer.
- You will enjoy a 10% discounted price until your leaving date or maximum 30 days
How to Apply
If your move in date is within 1 month, you are not eligible to this campaign.
If your move in date is more than 1 month away,
- Apply for Roppongi Special Offer campaign using this link.
- Pay the application fee (50,000 yen or full price).
- We will propose a property for you 3-5 weeks before your move in date.
- Confirm the arranged apartment. (The application fee is not refundable if you wish to cancel.)
- Sign the contract. Pay the rest of the fees
- ttend the apartment orientation.
- Move in.
