Regarding the regular rental housing contact (description based on the law of tenure Article 38 Item 2) There is no renewal of rental contract for the above property and the contract will expire with the end of the rental period. Therefore, except in the event of entering into a new regular rental housing contract (extended contract) starting on the day following the expiration date of the previous contract, you must vacate the above property by the expiration date. However, in the event of a fixed term contract, extension or cancellation during the contract period is not possible. Please be advised of such in advance.
Room contracts are made on a first-come-first-serve basis.
After you submit an application, we will conduct a simple review. We will verify enrollment and contact your guarantor. We may contract this review process to a third party depending on the application.
For cancellation after conclusion of the contract and payment of the contract fee, but before moving in, the application fee of 50,000 yen must still be paid as a cancellation penalty.
